Data base, address list, reservations, guest list and seating assignment management.
Securing raffle prizes, auction items, corporate contributions and in-kind contributions.
Volunteer and committee coordination, written material for ad books, biographies, etc.
Coordination of event program and timing, entertainment, emcee's script and stage direction.
Coordination of celebrity participation, honorary chairpersons and corporate sponsorship
Follow-up thank you letters, budgets, social service permits, report of revenues and expenses.
